Repair instead of replace!
How It Works
Top Notch Raising uses a controlled substance known as geotechnical polyurethane foam. The foam is injected underneath your concrete, which seals and stabilizes the defective joints and prevents soil erosion from occurring again. Polyurethane foam, a lightweight, environmentally friendly material, lifts your concrete to a precise level and extends your concrete’s life at a fraction of the cost to replace the slab entirely.
Why not choose mudjacking instead?
Mudjacking is a widely used method of lifting and leveling concrete. It involves adding concrete (instead of foam) underneath the slab. Concrete weights as much as 100 pounds per cubic ft. Since the ground underneath your concrete is already experiencing instability, adding this enormous amount of weight only makes matters worse. While you will see results initially, mudjacking isn’t a long-term solution to cracked or sinking concrete. Choose polyurethane foam if you want to save time and money in the long run.
